Shipping

Items ship direct from our supplier partners' warehouses to addresses in the contiguous United States (no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or PO boxes for large items). Shipping is shown on every product and charged per package: items from the same warehouse share one charge, and a package ships free once its items reach the amount shown on the product page (small low-cost parts such as o-rings and gaskets ride along in the package but don't count toward that amount). Orders usually leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrive 2–7 business days later. You'll get tracking by email. Large items such as liners and covers can need a freight delivery to some areas; we'll confirm shipping by email before you pay.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within the window shown on each product page (7 or 14 days from delivery). Chemicals, electrical parts and a few other items are final sale. Orders cancel free until we place them with the warehouse. Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Full details: Returns & refunds policy.
